Based in their Christchurch office, you will be backed by a highly competent branch team efficiently covering operations, and administration. You will also be well supported by clear guidelines and an GM with an open door policy.

Clientele traverse across both private and government sectors, Your ability and experience engaging with a variety of stakeholders, being the key account manager for Clientele is imperative. The branch is in a much needed growth phase so your keenness to utilise your contacts in the region will not go unnoticed.
To be truly successful in this role you will be highly competent across a range of managerial commissions including:
- Leadership experienced in Security, Protection or Police.
- Mentorship and Staff Training, motivating and enabling your staff to perform in a demanding industry
- Health and Safety across all levels within your set territory
- HR including staff retention and disciplinary procedures
- Commercial Acumen covering budgets and financial performance across the region, and
- Have a thorough knowledge of relevant NZ legislation in HR and H&S
