Established in the early 1990’s, our client is a well-respected and trusted supplier of work wear to numerous industries throughout New Zealand and Australia.

With a service that encompasses all process from design through to delivery, this comprehensive company has a varied and talented team of professionals driving the company forward. Their Sales team is no exception, and collectively they have created growth that now demands additional Sales Account Managers to ensure their service levels are maintained to their usual high standards.

With a market that spreads nationwide and across a wide range of industries, this role will offer you variety and scope across your customer base. The opportunity to travel and meet with clients throughout the country will also present itself on occasion.

This exciting and challenging role will encompass an array of responsibilities and duties including:

  • Anticipating client needs and providing a source of information and support.
  • Generate reporting and information to support decision making- including forecasting, reviewing and range development.
  • Maintain regular and meaningful contact with clients, including holding and documenting regular meetings and contract reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for further customer or industry segment growth.
  • Advising sales team of current market trends and new developments.
  • Providing end-to-end service
  • Preparing regular results reports for management.

There will also be the opportunity to project manage the onboarding of new customers assigned to you.

To ensure your success in this role, You will bring with you:

  • A relentless focus on providing quality client care and support – suffice to say, your ability to build and manage professional relationships will be one of your many strengths
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
  • Technically savvy with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) NetSuite (Company ERP) and HubSpot (CRM).
  • Successful history within Account Management and/or Sales

Based in Lower Hutt, usual hours for this role will be Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm however, there may be some flexibility and at times be required to work outside of these hours if travelling.
