Busy and varied, the Coordinator / Administrator is one who keeps their finger on the pulse and knows exactly what’s going on, where its going and what time it’s all happening!
Ensuring the smooth coordination of works within their designated department, and liaising with a range of departments, managers, clients and co-workers, this position will rely heavily on their exceptional communication and organisational abilities. Previous experience within a coordinating or operational role is essential.
Further responsibilities include:
- Recording and monitoring products, costs and workflow
- Assisting with delivery coordination
- Actioning client requests
- Working with the Finance team to ensure invoicing is accurate and reconciliation is completed on time.
Ideally, we are looking for a Coordinator who
- Is highly organised with the ability to manage several aspects at once
- Has prior professional experience within a Coordinator or Operational position AND experienced within an Administrative role.
- Is a confident communicator who enjoys keeping everyone up to date and in the loop!
- Is tech savvy and confident in the use of Microsoft (excel and word) and Outlook
