Our client is looking for an Intermediate Level Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join their HVAC delivery team to meet the company’s strategic targets.
Primarily, this role is responsible for:
- Identifying market opportunities
- Establishing and maintaining client contact
- Negotiating and closing business deals
- Preparing and reviewing all tender and contractual documentation and submissions – including all pricing estimates, variations of works and identifying commercial or technical risks
- Following up and securing HVAC Mechanical contracts
This role is also ensures that all successfully won projects are planned, executed and delivered in accordance with the pricing methodology and project timelines.
