They have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Support person to fulfil an integral position within their Hamilton office. This is a perfect role for a highly organised and supportive person who is looking to enhance their professional experience with a coveted NZ brand.
The main focus of this role is rostering and ensuring all resources are fully utilised and all requirements are fulfilled and covered.
While simplistic in description, the duties and tasks of this role are more complex and will require a thorough person who can take care of all details and support their work with accurate administration and data entry. A high degree of computer literacy is essential.
Duties and tasks of this role will include:
- Providing support to ensure smooth operational function of the Branch
- Managing rosters, teams and placements
- Ensuring all required resources are maintained and issued
- Assisting with staff inductions and training
There may also be the opportunity to fill in as Acting Supervisor at times.
With such duties and tasks, we are looking for applicants who have:
- Previous operational experience
- Ability to build relationships quickly and foster a positive working culture
- And have previous experience managing and maintaining rosters and scheduling
