Offering a diverse range of challenges, this role will include:
- Ensuring excellence across your team including operations, HR, project delivery, sales and staff.
- Supporting sales performance including client relations and consultancy services in both NZ and Australia
- Support the team expansion assisting with recruitment efforts in both NZ and Australia
- Financial duties including overseeing budget and forecasting and monthly accounts

- Solid understanding of the Data and Analytics space is essential
- Leadership experience, essentially within the IT industry
