Regional Manager - South

  • Remuneration Package includes vehicle and phone

  • Servicing Otago and Southland regions

Due to growth across the lower South Island, our client is presenting a fantastic leadership opportunity to the job market. Under the title of Regional Manager, this role will take the lead in continuing the success of the company across the Otago and Southland regions.

To be successful in this role you will be competent across a range of managerial commissions including:

  • Mentorship and staff training, motivating and enabling your staff to perform in a demanding industry
  • Rostering, and the ability to manage changing workloads and effectively utilise resources
  • Client focus with the ability to produce solutions and results, and successfully manage client requirements
  • Health and Safety across all levels within your set territory
  • HR including staff performance, retention and disciplinary procedures
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and interpret financial information and reports, and
  • Have a thorough knowledge of relevant NZ legislation in HR and H&S

Based in their Dunedin office, your territory will cover the Southland and Otago regions.  Assisting you with the workload and offering support include an administrator in the Dunedin branch, a supervisor situated in Invercargill and a team of contractors and dedicated staff.
