They have an exciting opportunity for a Scheduling Administrator to fill an integral position within their Hamilton office. This is a perfect role for an organised and supportive person who is looking to enhance their career in a great company.

The main focus of this role is rostering, scheduling and ensuring all resources are fully utilised and all requirements are fulfilled and covered.

While simple in description, the duties of this role have depth and will require detailed and accurate administrator who has a solid level of computer literacy. .

Duties and tasks of this role will include:

  • Providing support to ensure smooth operational function of the Branch
  • Managing rosters, teams and placements
  • Ensuring all required resources are maintained and issued
  • Assisting with staff inductions and training

There may also be the opportunity to fill in as Acting Supervisor at times.

To successfully complete these duties, we are looking for applicants who have:

  • Previous operational experience
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and foster a positive working culture
  • And have previous experience managing and maintaining rosters and scheduling
