Our client has been busy! As a result they are now in need of a Service Coordinator to offer support and organisation to the team.
The main focuses of this role is to offer exemplary customer service, allocate work accordingly to their team of skilled technicians and follow through with supporting administrative tasks including quotes and invoicing. Ideally, this role will suit an experienced Service Coordinator however, if you are motivated, highly organised and enjoy a busy and varied role we welcome your application.
Further experience and attributes that you bring with you include:
- Previous experience in office administration and support
- The ability to perform data processing and data entry tasks with accuracy
- Stay calm under pressure and have strong attention to detail
- Customer focus and enjoy providing a great customer experience
While initially temporary, this role has the real potential to extend into a full time, permanent role.
