More than just making cold calls, this role incorporates research, marketing, event management and sales support as well as lead generation and business development.

Playing a supporting role to the Sales Team, this role will see you focused on generating leads and securing appointments. While the majority of this role will be spent online and on the phone, at times you will be able to get out and about, attend events and assist on campaigns.
Specifically, this role will have you:
- As the first point of contact for prospects
- Researching companies and identifying decision makers
- Qualifying and producing quality leads for the Sales Team
- Developing and nurturing leads and sales engagements
- Identifying key industry business drivers and existing customer success stories
- Understand a variety of different industry profiles i.e. Not for Profit, Social Services
- Clearly articulate value propositions based on market trends, industry pain points and customer case studies
Ideal for the high achiever who is motivated and strives to reach targets and KPI’s, this role will draw on your:
- Experience in lead generation and business development
- Ability to work with a mix of hot, warm and cold leads, amongst business decision makers and technical contacts
- Ability to turn leads into appointments
- Understanding of business solutions such as Corporate Performance Management, HR and Payroll is preferred but not a deal breaker.
- Confidence to converse with C Level/Middle Management/IT Managers and add purpose/value of what our client can offer
