Our client is looking for a Technical Consultant who is passionate about developing solutions for driving customer success.
From defining appropriate technology solutions through to utilising your Developer experience, you will be exposed to a variety of work across the spectrum, building and implementing technical solutions that support business objectives and minimising customer effort.
Essentially, this role will encompass several key responsibilities including:
- Understanding customer needs and establishing the best solutions that address their technical and business requirements
- Lead technical work flow and taking ownership of the solutions from end to end, including architecting, building, testing, documenting, packaging and publishing
- Collaborate with project teams, enforce best practices and ensure all solutions deliver a positive user experience
- Build and cultivate customer focused relationships and become a trusted advisor to the customer and the project team
Ideally, to be successful in this role we believe ideal candidates will have:
- B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering qualification or equivalent work experience
- Previous development experience: JavaScript, C#, Java, HTML, SQL
- Understanding of UI/UX design
- Understanding of architectural principles of cloud-based platforms, cloud offerings and have the ability to discuss cloud architecture
- Positive attitude and aptitude for learning new technologies and skills
- Ability to make and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong commitment to delivering positive outcomes and client success
- High level of communication skills, both written and oral – with the ability to produce excellent technical documentation
