Our Services
As part of our recruitment process we provide a multitude of services to assist our clients in their assessment of potential candidates presented to them.
Pre-Employment Checks
We not only assess potential staff of their skills, experience and character, we also carry out multiple checks including the following:
- Ministry of Justice checks,
- Drug Screening (on request),
- Online Media verified,
- Reference checks,
- Visa Checks where applicable,
- Digital pack of employee paperwork including Kiwisaver (KS10), IRD (IR330), drug screen, reference checks and MOJ documentation
(for Permanent placements)
Website Client Portal Access
- Invoices
- Profiles of staff available
- E3 Staff Tool Box sessions on your sites
- H&S updates and much more
Online Timesheet Approval
Our labour hire and contractor staff hours are recorded throughout the week and these will come to you for approval / confirmation via email – no more paperwork - Just a click of a button.
Wages
E3 cover all temp labour hire employee associated costs such as Wages, Kiwisaver, Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Bereavement Leave and ACC Levies.
Invoices
These are processed weekly. You will receive these via Email. Contract placement invoices are to be paid within 7 days of receipt. All other invoices/fees are due by the 20th of the month following date of invoice.
And remember, there are no set up costs or advertising fees involved! The only costs you pay are the worked hours of the hired temporary worker or the contractor, or the placement fee when you directly employ one of our staff.
