As part of our recruitment process we provide a multitude of services to assist our clients in their assessment of potential candidates presented to them. 

Pre-Employment Checks

We not only assess potential staff of their skills, experience and character, we also carry out multiple checks including the following:

  • Ministry of Justice checks,
  • Drug Screening (on request),
  • Online Media verified,
  • Reference checks,
  • Visa Checks where applicable,
  • Digital pack of employee paperwork including Kiwisaver (KS10), IRD (IR330), drug screen, reference checks and MOJ documentation
    (for Permanent placements)

Website Client Portal Access

Online Timesheet Approval

Our labour hire and contractor staff hours are recorded throughout the week and these will come to you for approval / confirmation via email – no more paperwork - Just a click of a button.


E3 cover all temp labour hire employee associated costs such as Wages, Kiwisaver, Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Bereavement Leave and ACC Levies.


These are processed weekly. You will receive these via Email. Contract placement invoices are to be paid within 7 days of receipt. All other invoices/fees are due by the 20th of the month following date of invoice.

And remember, there are no set up costs or advertising fees involved! The only costs you pay are the worked hours of the hired temporary worker or the contractor, or the placement fee when you directly employ one of our staff.

How was your overall experience with E3 Recruit?

The experience was a very positive one. E3 were open to hearing about the specific role we were recruiting for and took an interest in learning about the security business so that they could better identify the candidate that would best suit us. Has the successful E3 Candidate met your expectations?

Chantel has more than met with our expectations. We would normally expect that a new sales person would take 6-8 months to learn the business before making any sales. Traditionally they would start off re-signing existing customer contracts to give them confidence in the services they are selling. Chantel was selling in the first month she was here and she hasn’t let up. She’s proactive, following up on leads. She keeps in touch with customers and responds to emails and phone calls outside of office hours. She has been an amazing find for our business.

What would you change in the recruitment process if you could?

This process worked for us perfectly. The candidates were obviously thoroughly vetted before they came to us and of the three that we met, we could have offered the role to any of them. We took advice from E3 about their preferences and who they felt would suit our business best and they were right. Chantel is a winner!

Were there any standout moments for you – good or bad?

The responsiveness and follow up of E3 were definitely stand out. My previous experience with recruitment agencies was that I had to keep following up with them to get updates and this is annoying, especially when you are busy.

Would you recommend E3 to other businesses or job seekers?

I most definitely would and E3 have already been a discussion in our Head Office because of the great success that we have had with Chantel.
