Cassandra has a wealth of experience in recruitment, management and business solutions spanning over two decades gained in New Zealand, Australia and the UK.
While in Australia and the UK, Cassandra career specialised in the Finance and IT sectors, leading teams and developing a strong business acumen.
While in London, she started her own business which she firmly solidified within a highly competitive market. After 9 successful years, Cassandra sold her business and returned to New Zealand with her young family for new beginnings.
I believe you must work very hard to get where you want to be. Sometimes that means doing jobs you really don’t want to do! I cleaned a fair few toilets and kitchens in London to build our business there….and although I hated it, I don’t regret a minute of it. It's so important in every business to understand and really appreciate every job that is done in your team, and every person who is in your team.
At the end of the day, no matter what our role, we all have to put food on the table for our families.
Prior to starting E3 Recruit, Cassandra held management positions within 2 prominent NZ companies, both heavily involved with labour hire and recruitment. Identifying several key factors that were missing in the usual recruitment processes, Cassandra decided to bring a new perspective to the market and so E3 was created.
Cumulating her knowledge, Cassandra’s forte lay in IT, Operations, Administration and Management and to date she has a multitude of recruitment success stories within these areas nationwide.

Caroline is the person you want in your team. She genuinely cares for her staff. She has the patience of a saint too!
Caroline has 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Her knowledge of trades/construction/engineering roles is high, in part due to coming from a family of Tradesmen and spending time on sites with her Dad, a plumber.
Prior to recruitment, Caroline had held positions in the Sports Industry that were based in both Schools and Gyms, and also worked in the world-famous Marlborough Wine Industry.
I've spent enough years out in the elements, working in Marlborough vineyards, to understand and appreciate the hard work that goes into each bottle! And the effort that goes into making sure your family is looked after and provided for.
Caroline has two sons, Jade and Renata who are the world to her.

Dale is responsible for all E3’s technical requirements. He led the creation of the E3 bespoke system which is one of the points of difference with E3’s service to clients and candidates. Dale manages the constant maintenance and improvement of the E3 system.
Dale has over 20 years experience developing products in direct marketing and web site industries. He has advanced skills and experience developing on the latest software platforms such as Microsoft C# .Net, ASP.NET & Microsoft SQL Server. He has specialised in integration of reporting platforms, customer analysis systems and software automation solutions and has worked as a developer, product owner, and business analyst.

Teri started with E3 in their 2nd year of business. Teri was born and bred in Kawerau, her whanau are from the Te Whanau-a-Apanui and Whakatohea tribes. Teri now works remotely for E3 out of Gold Coast, Australia.
She has a strong administration background working in both Australia and NZ. Years ago Cassandra and Teri worked together and have been great friends ever since.
Teri loves meeting new people and helping others realise their dreams.

Jenelle brings to E3 over 20 years of Design and Marketing experience, specialising in brand concepts, professional business stationery, advertising, image design, signage, marketing brochures and website design and imagery.
Jenelle was working with us even before we started, building the professional signature E3 Recruit imagery we use today. Even our cars weren't safe - they've had a professional E3 makeover courtesy of Jenelle's design skills!
