Cassandra has a wealth of experience in recruitment, management and business solutions spanning over two decades gained in New Zealand, Australia and the UK.
While in Australia and the UK, Cassandra career specialised in the Finance and IT sectors, leading teams and developing a strong business acumen.
While in London, she started her own business which she firmly solidified within a highly competitive market. After 9 successful years, Cassandra sold her business and returned to New Zealand with her young family for new beginnings.
I believe you must work very hard to get where you want to be. Sometimes that means doing jobs you really don’t want to do! I cleaned a fair few toilets and kitchens in London to build our business there….and although I hated it, I don’t regret a minute of it. It's so important in every business to understand and really appreciate every job that is done in your team, and every person who is in your team.
At the end of the day, no matter what our role, we all have to put food on the table for our families.
Prior to starting E3 Recruit, Cassandra held management positions within 2 prominent NZ companies, both heavily involved with labour hire and recruitment. Identifying several key factors that were missing in the usual recruitment processes, Cassandra decided to bring a new perspective to the market and so E3 was created.
Cumulating her knowledge, Cassandra’s forte lay in IT, Operations, Administration and Management and to date she has a multitude of recruitment success stories within these areas nationwide.
