Currently, they are looking for an exceptional Applications Support Engineer/Analyst to provide support in the maintenance and optimisation in their Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Key components and focus points of this role include:
- Analysis, recommendation and implementation of configuration changes
- Resolve Incidents assigned to you
- Drive and assist in the innovation of new solutions across the company
- Drive optimal utilisation of the LMS by working closely with the relevant stakeholders
- Drive new initiatives
- Project manage any initiatives assigned to you
- Document and maintain appropriate LMS artefacts and records
- Build and maintain enduring relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders
As well as ensuring that your support and solutions provided come with a customer focused attitude, further attributes you will bring with you include:
- Collaborative working style, strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
- Have had experience with or exposure to different student learning environments
- Excellent attention to detail communication and documentation skills
- Excellent problem solving skills using a logical thought process
- Ability to prioritise workload and adhere to deadlines
