They have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Manger to fulfil a leadership position within their Auckland office.
This challenging role covers a wide range of administrative and financial tasks which include:
- Payroll (very high volume)
- Financial analysis and reporting
- Customer service
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Accounts payable and receivable
For such an encompassing role, we are looking for a talented professional who enjoys variety, is motivated by challenge and is driven to succeed. Although energy and attitude speak volumes, a proven history within Administration, Accounts and/or Leadership is also essential.
In short, if you have/are:
- Successful work history within a Leadership role in an Administration and Accounts environment
- Nurturing mentality with a proven record of successfully developing your team
- Financially savvy with sound reporting and documentation abilities - solid understanding and capability with Excel is essential
- Understanding of NZ payroll legislation and professional experience overseeing/processing high volume payroll
