FIXED TERM ROLE: 24 MONTHS
Our client’s company is a genuine and trusted organisation that is focused on the wellbeing of New Zealanders, providing support and services to families and communities across the country.
Currently, they are looking to improve the IT infrastructure of the company and require an experienced Business Analyst to assist with this process. With long term strategies in place this role is envisioned to be a key team member for 24 months however, could have the potential to be extended.
Perfect for a seasoned BA that comes with at least 5 years’ experience and has excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Key duties of this role include:
- Assist in the facilitating successful business change initiatives.
- Help to define business problems via in-depth investigation
- Working in the Microsoft ecosystem, or with Microsoft technologies is preferred.
- Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements.
- Analysing commercial data such as budgets, sales results and forecasts
- Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Creating functional specifications for solutions.
- Estimating costs and identifying business savings.
- Simplifying information and technical jargon and translating accordingly to your audience
