Currently, they are looking for an exceptional Business Solutions Lead to assess and advise on solutions, offer options and help drive innovation. Technically savvy, you will bring with you a fresh perspective and the ability to think outside the square.

Key components and focus points of this role include:

  • Drive new initiatives
  • Build and maintain enduring relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders
  • Operational Stability
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Works with stakeholders to identify, investigate and implement improvements.
  • Leads the implementation of improvements
  • End User Support

Ideally, to ensure your success in this role, you will bring with you:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Experience leading processes which deliver changes
  • Analytical and commercial mindset with a natural inclination for data
  • Strong technical skills and a broad knowledge of modern approaches
  • Collaborative working style, strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
  • High level of attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Able to translate technical information according to the audience
  • Excellent problem solving skills using a logical thought process
  • Ability to prioritise workload and adhere to deadlines
