Established and highly respected, our client is a market leader providing Technical Building Services including HVAC and Refrigeration, Electrical and Fire Protection, to a wide range of clientele across multiple sectors.

They have a rare opportunity for an exceptional Branch Manager to join their Lower Hutt branch to provide leadership, strategic vision, planning and implementation.

Within this vital position, you will be the driving force that provides motivation and energy to the team, and ensure that the company continues on its current trajectory upwards. Supported by a high functioning unit of technical and administrative direct reports, your portfolio includes staffing levels of permanent employees, contractors and labour hire. With people being at the heart of this company, it is essential that you are adept at creating real connections, have the ability to navigate difficult conversations and can demonstrate a level of conduct that will naturally generate credibility and respect.

Leaning on your well rounded skills and experience in management and operations, you will bring to the role and the business, a sense of grounding, professionalism and knowledge. Through your actions and demeanour, you have the ability to instil a genuine sense of trust, reliability and dependability within your team and customers alike.

As well as the above mentioned attributes and experience, candidates will also require a clean and current NZ drivers licence (Full Class 1) and full vetting clearance.

While not essential, if you have management experience in a multi-discipline trade service environment (i.e. HVAC/Refrigeration, Electrical and/or Fire Protection) would be highly advantageous.
