Logistics / Dispatch Administrator

Based in a NZ owned company that really values their staff, is a fantastic role that will bring out your customer focus and logistical abilities.

Providing the effective administration of a professional driving team, You will be managing the dispatch of several drivers ensuring all jobs are planned to maximise resources, efficiency and time.

As well as dispatch, this role focuses on customer service providing a point of contact to suppliers, internal management and of course the logistics team.

To add further scope and variety to the role, you will also have the opportunity to provide further support to the weighbridge team – training for this will be provided.

Ideally, we are looking for a fantastic candidate that has:

  • Previous experience in a logistics, operational and/or coordinator role
  • Calm and flexible with the ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
  • A team player approach and enjoys working and being part of a team environment
  • Great communication skills and can communicate with a wide range of people at different levels
  • High level of attention to detail and accurate with numbers and data entry
