Our client is a network hardware products distributor who has a unique Customer Service role to fill however, this is not your average CS role. This one also includes a combination of sales admin, account management, sales management with the scope to evolve further by also encompassing general management duties.
Perfect for a highly motivated person who thrives in a busy and dynamic work environment, this role will include:
- Managing day to day customer care requirements
- Understanding basic product knowledge and providing product information
- Handling complaints positively and productively
- Working with the rest of the team to help meet and exceed expected monthly sales target
- Processing sales orders and managing the timely delivery of all orders
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
- Training and mentoring internal staff
With their customers being IT Systems Integrators and Installers, your understanding of the IT channel will be essential, as will be your ability to also speak the lingo.
Depending on your existing knowledge and skills, relevant product training can be provided.
