As the Customer Success Team Coordinator, your role will be focused on ensuring clients experience the highest level of service and care as you will be the first point of contact for all customer raised issues and assuring the day to day operational running of the Customer Service Team is seamless.

  • Technically apt and enquiring mind that can get to the base of a problem and provide real solutions
  • Brilliant organisational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in a Service Desk / Support role or in a professional services environment is highly advantageous
