Care Centre Manager

This significant leadership role is focused on the day to day operations of the Centre and ensuring the highest level of care, support and well-being is being delivered to residents within the Care Centre. Leading and mentoring your team, you will also be responsible for all staffing including staff development/training, mentorship and nurturing a culture of team cohesion, continuous improvement and support. While this is a highly people-focused role, further responsibilities cross over into finance and budgeting, confidence within this area is essential.

Ideally, You will possess:

  • Relevant Qualification with dedication and commitment to continue professional development
  • Significant experience within the Aged-Care sector
  • High degree of clinical expertise and management including a thorough understanding of budgets, HR, resourcing and costs
  • Proven high level of computer literacy including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Passion, energy and drive to deliver quality care
