Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) who can take the lead in ensuring processes, policies and standards are being met across the business, operations are running smoothly and the lines of communication between all departments are clear and transparent.

Based within a newly established accommodation complex, this role will cover the operation and administration of a variety of areas including customer service / front line, service contract management, health and safety, legislation compliance, property maintenance and staff relations.

Working closely with the General Manager, the EAM will be:

  • Providing smooth coordination between all departments and ensuring company standards are met and adhered to across the business
  • Leading the team to deliver the highest level of comfort and reliability to each client
  • Ensuring clear and transparent lines of communication across all departments
  • Controlling operational costs
  • Ensuring the business and premises are in compliance with set company policies, standards and procedures

Leaning on your well rounded skills and experience in coordination and operations, you will bring to the role and the business a high level of organisation, professionalism and ability to build robust and solid relationships.

Previous history within a coordination and or operational role is essential.

Further qualities and attributes that will see you succeed in this role include:

  • Previous experience within the accommodation, hotel and/or property management industry
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport and build relationships
  • Confidence and experience delivering exemplary customer service
