Fantastic opportunity has just arose within an exceptional NZ owned company. Dominating the IT space, they are in a growth phase and need to expand their team with the addition of a Finance Operations Manager.
Leading a driven and talented team, this role needs a business savvy professional who can bring strategic direction, refined processes and essentially financial prowess.
Varied and challenging, this role will be leading and overseeing the finance team in multiple functions including:
- Transactions and reconciliations
- AR Invoices, collection and receipting
- Intercompany transactions
- Revenue recognition and amortisation
- Expense claims
- Supplier Invoice processing
- Company travel
- Annuity Sales Orders
Furthermore, your role will take direct ownership for a range of responsibilities such as:
- Monthly Income Statement preparation
- Revenue and Expense review across all company pillars
- System ownership and continual process improvements
- Finance Representative for new Company Acquisitions
- Accruals - revenue and expense
- Asset Management, acquisitions and depreciation
- MBO/Bonus accrual management
- Supplier Invoice approvals
- Company Insurance renewals and Company Leases
- Internal costs management and efficiency
Ideally, to succeed in this role we envision you will bring with you:
- Substantial professional experience in a financial role
- Relevant tertiary level education in Finance or related field
- Leadership experience
