Our client is an established engineering firm who over the years, have built a fantastic reputation throughout the Wellington region.
Supported by a talented team of engineers, our clients covers a wide range of services from welding, fabrication and sheet metal work through to CNC and conventional machining just to name a few!
Their workload has continued to grow and as a result, they now require an experienced Fitter/Turner to join their team Wellington site.
Work is sporadic and although it is considered on-going, hours may vary week to week. This could be a fantastic opportunity for a contractor to fill in the gaps around your other projects.
The work involved in this role is heavily based in machining and would require a high level of competency in using a range of tools/machines including milling and broaching machines, and lathes.
