Our client is an established engineering firm who over the years, have built a fantastic reputation throughout the Wellington region. Their workload has continued to grow and as a result, they now have another workshop based in Lower Hutt.
Supported by a talented team of engineers, our clients covers a wide range of services from welding, fabrication and sheet metal work through to CNC and conventional machining just to name a few!
Their popularity and client demand dictate that they now require an experienced Fitter/Welder to join their team.
Initially this role will be starting off in the Wellington site, but there is an opportunity this role can be moved to the Lower Hutt site.
As the work covered is varied, this role would include such tasks as:
- MIG, TIG and ARC welding
- Working with a range of metals including stainless steel and aluminium
- Custom fabrication (and at times installations)
