Providing solutions for service delivery improvements, your ability to learn and understand the needs of clients and their businesses is imperative and will also be apparent throughout your work history
Further skills and abilities that will see you succeed in this role include:
- Exceptional customer service and client engagement skills with the ability to communicate and engage with all levels
- Ability to deliver information and training to clients
- The ability to address/rationalise application issues/priorities and understand the technologies supporting the application
- The ability to perform business analyst functions including developing functional and technical specifications
- The ability to configure Dynamics 365 CE to an intermediate to expert level including – form customisations, workflow, PowerAutomate, PowerApp - Model &Canvas Apps
Ideally, the experience you bring with you also includes:
- A minimum of 3years professional experience in a consultative / client facing role;
- Experienced working in a professional services environment
- Experienced in the Field Service module of Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Azure & LogicApps
