Our client has a brilliant opportunity available for an innovative and dynamic HCM Project Manager.
Reporting directly to a talented Programme Manager, this role is ready to be filled by an experienced Project Manager who can bring leadership and energy into a project that needs attention.
Significant and broad, this project involves the implementation of new software across a vast institution and will cover a range of functions that encompass human resource management functions. As such, this is a project that requires a Project Manager who has a solid understanding of HR and ideally, educational sectors.
This role will encompass several key responsibilities including:
- Review and execute project work plans
- Manage project budgets and day-to-day operational aspects
- Ensure Organisational Change Management initiatives are managed throughout the project
- Ensure accurate project documentation
- Review and monitor deliverables and seek opportunities for improvement to increase user satisfaction and strengthen client relationships
To be successful in this role we envisage you will bring with you the following attributes and qualities:
- Proven project management experience
- Understanding of the full lifecycle implementation and upgrade experience in large scale HCM projects
- Ability to work with the development team around rollouts of new functionality and aligning with project expectations
- Experienced with Payroll, Time and Attendance and HR projects
- Project management experience (PMI or PRINCE2 an advantage)
- Experience in managing teams, project budgets and client relationships
- Thrives on being across all aspects of their projects and addresses risks and issues before they become problems
