Our client an IT consultancy firm that specialises in delivering first class business solutions to a wide range of clientele throughout the globe.

With an impressive reputation that has developed through their hard work and expertise, our client has gained significant traction within the NZ market. With increased demand on their services, our client has several fantastic opportunities for IT professionals, including several Project Manager roles in Auckland.

While the specifics of each project will vary, the nature of each PM role will hold similar expectations including:

  • Ensure projects are delivered accordingly to scope, time, budget and quality standards
  • Manage all project economics including costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, risk, sub-contracting and timelines
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting
  • Manage project scope, and any respective changes
  • Provide program management and offer input to strategic planning for specific clients

  • Sound understanding and application of PM competencies including planning, financials, scope, time, quality, communications, risk, procurement, and integration
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
  • Financial literacy to forecast and manage all aspects of project financials
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office toolset
  • Ability to apply analytical skill and conceptual thinking to solutions planning across a range of technologies
  • Ability to influence and build productive relationships with industry providers and stakeholders
  • Sound understanding of change management competencies
