As with most companies with a difference, they grow! With gaining significant momentum it has created an opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join their leadership team based in Auckland, overseeing their 4 busy sites in the Auckland region.
Successful candidates will have a thorough and in-depth knowledge of the Metal Recycling Industry, Previous experience in a leadership/management position is essential. as is a level 3 or above qualification in business Management and/or a minimum level 4 or equivalent qualification in Metal Recycling
If you have a professional history that highlights your:
- Experience in an Operations Management role within the scrap metal industry (minimum 3 years)
- Proven ability to manage numerous sites (3 or more yards)
- Knowledge and experience in health and safety risk management in the Scrap Metal Industry
- Ability to apply effective financial and accounting principles and practices
- Exceptional engagement and mentoring skills that will promote a positive culture across the Auckland region and develop each member of your team to be a success;
