  • Staff Training, Leadership and Management
  • HR, Recruitment, Disciplinary procedures
  • Implementing and ensuring company integrity and processes
  • Financial componentry encompassing budgets, reports and fiscal targets
  • Operational focus managing rosters, teams and placements
  • Account Management, organic sales and fostering professional relationships
