Our client is a highly regarded Security company that spans across the nation. Built upon values that exude integrity and honesty, they hold a reputation second to none. Their Tauranga office has the exciting opportunity for an Operations Supervisor to join their team and offer high level support to the Operations Manager.

Providing security services that stretch across the Bay of Plenty region, this role is a blend of office and on site work and offers the ideal role for those who don’t like to sit behind a desk all day. Hours may vary from time to time as you will be required to work some weekends, evenings and on a rostered system to be on call.

This is a perfect role for a highly organised and supportive person who is looking to enhance their professional experience with a coveted NZ brand.

Highly varied, this role will provide you with the opportunity to:

  • Provide support to ensure smooth operational function of the Branch
  • Assist with HR, Recruitment procedures within the branch
  • Implement and ensure company integrity and processes
  • Showcase your financial literacy with a basic understanding of budgets, reports and targets
  • Have an operational focus by managing rosters, teams and placements

Prior experience in the Security Industry or a related field is essential. Furthermore, a solid understanding of logistical processes and labour hire services is highly desirable and will also assist with the level of service you can provide.
