Our client is looking for a temporary addition to their team to assist the office staff and ease the work load before Christmas
Based within a supportive and friendly office culture, our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to add value to their team and cover a range of tasks in their office including:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Customer Service/Reception
- General Administration
This is an ideal role for a true team player who can effectively work with people at all levels of the business.
If you have:
- Previous experience in office administration and support
- Stay calm under pressure and have strong attention to detail
- Customer focus with great communication skills
- High level of speed and accuracy
- Polished time management
- The ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
