Process Analyst - Auckland - 6 month project

Working collaboratively with the Management Reporting Manager, Business Intelligence Manager and the Sales Leadership Team, your combined efforts will focus on the continuous improvement of Sales Dashboard Reporting.

This will involve a variety of responsibilities including:

  • Bringing in new data feeds
  • Reworking report format
  • Establishing the operating model
  • Addressing data quality issues with data owners

More specifically, this role will cover a range of tasks including:

  • Reviewing the current state and documentation
  • Completing the design process and documentation
  • Designing control framework and documentation
  • Developing a key all staff document, with multiple inputs
  • Conducting a Gap analysis
  • Preparing training material
  • Development of assurance methodologies & frameworks to support the implementation of call recording facilities

Ideally, we are looking for an experienced Process Analyst:

  • With demonstrated expertise in process analysis,
  • Proficient with MS Word, MS Visio, MS Excel, Power BI
  • Experienced in control framework design and have voice recording process development experience
