Currently, they are looking for an experienced Power BI Support Specialist to provide assistance in the maintenance and optimisation in the use of Power BI applications, and to recommend solutions and initiatives.
Key components and focus points of this role include:
- Positively impact the operation and development of technology solutions
- Analysis, recommendation and implementation of configuration changes
- Resolve Incidents assigned to you
- Drive optimal utilisation of Power BI Applications by working closely with the relevant stakeholders
- Navigate and drive new initiatives
- Project manage any initiatives assigned to you
- Document and maintain appropriate Power BI Application artefacts and records
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders
Additional to providing support and solutions with a customer focused attitude, further attributes you will bring with you include:
- Constructive team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships
- Knowledge of different student learning environments
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Excellent problem solving skills using a logical thought process
