They have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to fulfil a 6 month contract role within their Auckland office to assist with the recruitment of labour hire staff.
This role covers a range of recruitment and administrative tasks which include:
- Managing and processing relevant paperwork
- Completing background checks on applicants
- Conducting initial screening processes on potential applicants and organising interviews
Although energy and attitude speak volumes, a work history covering recruitment, HR, and/or Administration is ideal. Alternatively, if you are a recent HR graduate this could be a great way to get valuable work experience within the industry.
In short, if you have:
- Professional history within HR/Recruitment environment
- Great communication skills, ability to talk to people from different backgrounds
- High level of attention to detail
- Administration experience and an excellent level of computer literacy
