Supporting a portfolio of care centres and retirement villages, this is an exciting role where a passionate and driven leader can truly make a difference. Based with one of New Zealand’s leading aged care providers, this role offers you the opportunity to ensure the delivery of clinical and care services to their residents; upholding the company philosophy of "Bringing the best of life".

Working in close collaboration with Village and Centre Managers, and Operations Clinical teams, this pivotal role is focused on the care, support and well-being of residents which includes people with dementia and residents in a palliative and end of life phase. Strong company processes offer a solid foundation to ensure company values and standards are met however, invite a continuous improvement approach to ensure the best care is given.

Ideally, You will possess:

  • Current NZNC practising certificate with a minimum of five years’ experience (post graduate)
  • Significant experience within the Aged-Care sector
  • High degree of clinical expertise and the ability to apply critical thinking
  • Proven high level of computer literacy including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Passion, energy and drive to deliver quality care
