Working in close collaboration with Village and Centre Managers, and Operations Clinical teams, this pivotal role is focused on the care, support and well-being of residents which includes people with dementia and residents in a palliative and end of life phase. Strong company processes offer a solid foundation to ensure company values and standards are met however, invite a continuous improvement approach to ensure the best care is given.
Ideally, You will possess:
- Current NZNC practising certificate with a minimum of five years’ experience (post graduate)
- Significant experience within the Aged-Care sector
- High degree of clinical expertise and the ability to apply critical thinking
- Proven high level of computer literacy including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Passion, energy and drive to deliver quality care
