Currently, they are looking to improve the IT infrastructure of the company and require a dynamic and seasoned Service Delivery Manager to play a pivotal role in implementing changes across the business, nationwide.
Providing leadership to a newly developed IT team, and experienced contractors, the Service Delivery Manager will oversee technically focused operations and ensure the successful delivery of quality IT operational services. Playing an integral supporting role in the delivery of the company strategic plan and IT roadmap, this role is a significant contributing factor to ensure the organisation achieves its goals and requirements.
Working within values that exude integrity, transparency, selflessness and compassion, this role is one that not only heavily impacts the operations within the business, but flows through to ensuring internal stakeholders can provide a more efficient and streamlined experience for their clients and vendors. Customer focus is paramount.
To be successful in this role we envisage the ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a business-related subject
- 5 – 7 years of relevant experience
- Professional Certification – Microsoft
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills in order to motivate and lead their team
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, open and transparent, able to give clear instructions, honest.
- Solid good computer skills to analyse data, create reports, process financial software
- Detail-Oriented with the analytical skills and ability to interpret information from numerous sources to prepare and present reports.
- People orientated with the ability to initiate, build and maintain positive relationships.
- Most importantly, candidates must possess a customer focused attitude with the drive and motivation to deliver and cater to vendor requirements.
