Our client is responsible for reviewing and redesigning student services at a prominent educational institute based in Wellington.
Their service is currently in need of an experienced and confident Senior Business Analyst who is able to make an immediate impact to the project and aid the team to reach technical and functional goals of the service.
Based in a complex environment, it is expected that this role will be involved in such tasks as:
- Process mapping for current and future state.
- Exam Centralisation
- Lead the research of and recommend good practice around the tools that could be used within the service centre
- CRM requirements
- Utilising Microsoft Dynamics
- Requirement elicitation – user stories using DevOps and potentially transitional requirements.
- Digital Forms to CRM
To fill this role, we are looking for a fresh and creative thinker who is:

- Experienced and confident in Microsoft Dynamics
- A highly effective communicator who is able to build strong relationships
- Strong in vision and able to align team members to strategy and within project parameters

- Ability to guide stakeholders through the Agile methodology.
- Proficiency with DevOps as a tool.
- Experience in capturing digital and software requirements
- Willingness to go beyond usual BA tasks if additional support is required
