Provide strong thought leadership as you help navigate clients to achieve their goals.

Ideally, this is a role that would suit someone who:

Excels in client engagement
Has proven experience working in a professional services environment;
Is engaging, dynamic and able to lead and mentor
Can provide informative, business-ready training for clients;
Has the ability to work in a fast paced environment, manage conflicting priorities and cope with a constantly changing landscape;
Has experience in the Field Service module of Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Azure & LogicApps would be advantageous.

If you have:

3 – 5 years minimum in a similar client facing role;
The ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
The ability to address/rationalise application issues/priorities and understand the technologies supporting the application;
The ability to provide application training; for both external and internal parties;
The ability to perform business analyst functions including developing functional and technical specifications;
The ability to configure Dynamics 365 CE to an intermediate to expert level including – form customisations, workflow, PowerAutomate, PowerApp - Model &Canvas Apps;
