As a trusted advisor, you will work alongside and offer guidance and support to clients, consulting with them on the issues that matter. From presenting solutions right through to designing, testing and implementing or overseeing implementations – this role covers it all!
For this diverse role that offers challenge, opportunities to grow and learn and have the variety of both consultancy and hands-on technical work, it will best suit a candidate that has:
- At least 8 years' experience in IT Systems and Support with competencies across a broad range of technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commercial skills and experience in dealing effectively with clients and suppliers
- A positive team player, and attitude and willingness to mentor
- Professional, self-driven and client focused
- An in-depth understanding and experience of the key cloud technologies available in the market including Microsoft Azure, AD and 365
Further experience and attributes that will see you succeed in this position includes:
- Previous experience as a Senior Engineer or similar in a MSP
- Consolidation of Azure and 365 Tenants
- Windows 10 Imaging - SCCM, InTune and AutoPilot
- Rebuilding RDS Farms
- Backup and DR Solutions especially Testing
- Experience with the design and deployment of Fortinet and Meraki SD WAN
