They have an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Lead to join their high performing team and deliver excellence to their clients.
This leadership role is perfect for a motivated and driven professional who likes to:
- Identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical deliverables
- Project manage and deliver data analytics, business intelligence (BI), artificial intelligence (AI) projects and analytics-as-a-service solutions, including resourcing, scoping, pricing and on-budget delivery
- Manage a team of data scientists / data engineers ensuring efficient delivery of projects
- Performance manage / mentor junior staff members
- Have an agile mind-set and understand agile methodologies
- Have an understanding of Data Governance and Risk frameworks
To be successful in this role, we envisage that you will have:
- 5+ years hands-on experience, preferably in a consultant role
- Relevant qualification in Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or another quantitative field
- Experience in project managing / delivery and leading advanced analytics and BI engagements
- Experience with data warehouses, ETL, Business Intelligence, Analytics and data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake, Matillion)
- Experience with hypothesis testing, statistical modelling and advanced analytical / AI techniques
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- Deliver on objectives with a hands-on approach and be a collaborative team player
