With their continued growth, our client has had to implement a new role of Service Manager to their company; to provide support and leadership to the service team.
As well as providing support and leadership, the Service Manager will also:
- Manage and oversee the delivery of service functions, working with the service team to ensure a superior customer experience
- Foster an environment that encourages correct H&S practices
- Contribute to the positive culture and environment within the company
- Create and implement improvement plans that add value to the company and services provided
This is a great position for a natural leader who has built and developed their career within the Building Services Industry and has:
- Thorough knowledge in HVAC, Refrigeration and/or Electrical Services.
- A relevant Trade Qualification
- Previous management / leadership experience in a professional role
