Our client is a network hardware products distributor who has a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Support Administrator. Ideally, you will be in the earlier stages of your career and are looking for a supportive and dynamic environment to cultivate your exciting career.

Assisting the Senior techs, this role will be hands-on and include tasks such as:

  • Handling incoming tech support calls and emails from our reseller partners.
  • Managing support ticket queue.
  • Managing customer returns.
  • Faulty product testing and repair.
  • Resetting and refurbish products.
  • Spare parts management.
  • Pre-ship and custom configuration.

As support for the Senior technicians, this role is a key component in ensuring customers are supported with their IT needs. Whilst tertiary qualifications are good, attitude and experience speaks volumes! With having hands-on experience completing network installations being highly desirable.

Further to hands-on experience and a positive attitude, we envisage you will also have:

  • Excellent problem solving skills using a logical thought process
  • Ability to prioritise workload and adhere to deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Most importantly, you will possess a customer focused attitude with the drive and motivation to deliver solutions and provide a high level of support.
