Our client is looking for a new addition to their team to take on the responsibilities of Trade Receptionist / Administrator at their busy depot.
The main components of this role is to:
- Cover and control all vehicle movements over the weighbridge
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Provide great customer service – phone, email, and face to face
- General administrative duties as required
Ideally, You will be able to demonstrate the following qualities:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Quick and accurate word processing skills
- Enjoy working as part of a team and being involved
- The ability to learn new processes and systems quickly
