Currently, they are looking for an experienced UX Designer to breathe a new lease of life into their software through effective and thoughtful design. Technically savvy, you will bring with you a fresh and adventurous perspective, with the ability to think outside the square.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work to style standards on typography and graphic design.
- Providing advice and direction on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyse and predict user behaviour.
- Investigating user experience design requirements
- Researching the product or service to understand its audience and its position in the market, collecting data that is used to deliver the best possible results to each user
- Add value to a team environment through effective and intelligent communication.
- Work effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
- Work with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
- Ongoing testing and appraisal to ensure the user experience continues to function at optimal levels
- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate that can bring the following experience, and knowledge:
- Relevant IT qualifications – minimum Degree level
- A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Azure, Dynamics, Word Press +
In addition to the above mentioned qualifications and experience, we would love to hear from you if you also have:
- Clear written and verbal communications; confident communicating with a wide range of people
- Gather requirements and produce written designs and architecture documents.
- Strong time management and coordination skills
- Expert knowledge of MS Office and Collaboration tools
- Extensive consulting experience and a high level of commercial awareness
- Solid problem solving and relationship management skills
