UX Designer

Innovative and forward thinking, our Client has developed a strong team of professionals that live and breathe workplace capability. Providing a comprehensive consultancy service across Education, Learning and Development and Workplace Wellbeing, they are making a big impact on a global scale.

Currently, they are looking for an experienced UX Designer to breathe a new lease of life into their software through effective and thoughtful design. Technically savvy, you will bring with you a fresh and adventurous perspective, with the ability to think outside the square.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work to style standards on typography and graphic design.
  • Providing advice and direction on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyse and predict user behaviour.
  • Investigating user experience design requirements
  • Researching the product or service to understand its audience and its position in the market, collecting data that is used to deliver the best possible results to each user
  • Add value to a team environment through effective and intelligent communication.
  • Work effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
  • Work with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
  • Ongoing testing and appraisal to ensure the user experience continues to function at optimal levels
  • Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.

Ideally, we are looking for a candidate that can bring the following experience, and knowledge:

  • Relevant IT qualifications – minimum Degree level
  • A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
  • A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Azure, Dynamics, Word Press +

In addition to the above mentioned qualifications and experience, we would love to hear from you if you also have:

  • Clear written and verbal communications; confident communicating with a wide range of people
  • Gather requirements and produce written designs and architecture documents.
  • Strong time management and coordination skills
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office and Collaboration tools
  • Extensive consulting experience and a high level of commercial awareness
  • Solid problem solving and relationship management skills
