Based within the diverse Metal Recycling Industry, this role is perfect for a seasoned industry professional who is looking to join a progressive and growing company. Being a leadership role, this will suit a confident peoples person who likes to take a proactive approach to work and enjoys using their initiative.
As this is an environment that relies on team work, this role requires a Supervisor that can lead by example and roll up their sleeves with the rest of the team.
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate that has:
- Relevant Industry experience - at least 5 years
- Professional Leadership experience - ideally within the Metal Recycling, or similar industry
- Experience working with and around, large machinery
- Being based in an active yard with numerous moving vehicles and staff, a high level of Health and Safety awareness is essential.
