Our client has been busy! As a result they are now in need of an experienced Administrator to help the team get back on top.
The main focus of this role is to assist with the administrative and accounts functions of a Facility Services Unit. Based within a team environment, this role will encompass high volume of staff communication and management.
Covering a range of duties from logging service calls, timesheet processing, receipting supplier invoices and document control. Familiarity with Health and Safety administration is advantageous.
This is a fast-paced role that would be perfect for a proactive go-getter who enjoys keeping busy and being an essential part of the team.
If you have:
- Previous experience in office administration and support
- The ability to perform data processing and data entry tasks with 100% accuracy
- Stay calm under pressure and have strong attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience using accounting systems (Redmap would be an advantage)
- Customer focus and thrive in a high performing environment
