Currently they are looking for a Communications and Fundraising Assistant to join their Porirua Branch to provide robust support to the company’s Marketing, Communications and Fundraising division.
Covering a broad scope of work from writing stories and articles and raising brand awareness through social media platforms through to providing administrative support and assisting with fundraising events and campaigns.
Further duties of this role include:
- Supports database management and ensuring accurate records are kept and updated
- Update the company website and social media platforms
- Conduct market research, including research on company competitors
- Support with events and fundraising initiatives
- Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
To be successful in this role we envisage the ideal applicant will bring a range of qualities and strengths including:
- Marketing and advertising experience – especially though social media platforms
- Writing ability, able to write articles that will gain an audience and build awareness
- Previous administrative experience
- Technologically savvy
