CRM Systems Analyst

Creating a team of passionate people to help drive their aspirations, they have an exciting role for a CRM Systems Analyst who will be responsible to ensure the CRM Function delivers a quality service across the organisation.

Being the CRM subject matter expert, you will work alongside others in the organisation to ensure maximum efficiency of the CRM, and the data inside it, to enable the creation of meaningful digital interactions with providers, industry and iwi.

Extensive and varied, this role will cover a range of responsibilities such as:

  • Developing business case and scoping documents for CRM change initiatives across the organisation
  • Designing and prototyping solution options to meet business requirements
  • Managing external vendors through the scoping, design, and execution of CRM change activities
  • Delivering stakeholder/customer insights and making recommendations by performing data analysis and post activity evaluations
  • Providing expertise and advice for CRM projects, troubleshoot technical CRM issues and escalate where necessary
  • Document end-to-end business processes
  • Establish and maintain effective UAT documentation, both process and UAT scenario libraries
  • Support the development of training documentation and provide 1-on-1 and group training support

With Microsoft Dynamics being the core business solution, it is essential you will be able to demonstrate D365 solution capabilities

Further qualities and capabilities you will bring that will see you be successful in this role include:

  • An understanding and appreciation of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, with the ability to work with Te Tiriti o Waitangi partners to co-design functions and activities and influence, engage and embed initiatives across the system
  • A relevant degree in Business Management & Administration or Information Systems and/or relevant work experience in a quantitative field.
  • Strong analytical skills in addition to knowledge of analytical or database software, particularly CRM or business intelligence systems
  • Experience working in a customer-facing and or customer relationship management role
  • Confidence in presenting, communicating and collaborating with a broad & diverse range of stakeholders
  • Experience managing data quality
  • Experience working with business applications
